Where does my money go?

Is it free to redeem?

Yes — redeeming online or via an agent is free. If you use the USSD code, your mobile network may charge a small standard USSD session fee.

I don't have a smartphone. Can I still redeem?

Yes. Use our USSD code on any phone (launching soon), or take your card to a nearby ScratchNG POS agent who will redeem it and pay you.

Each voucher can only be redeemed once. If you believe this is an error, contact support with your voucher code.

Do you need my bank PIN or a bank OTP?

Never. We only need your account number to send you money. Anyone asking for your bank PIN or a bank OTP in our name is not us.
